Bug fix - set min=1 time=0 when setting raw mode in the client.
Besides correcting the abstract behaviour, this avoids spinning when
faced with a bug known to be present in at least my version of the
NetBSD tty driver.  (I'll be testing, and if it appears to be present
in 2.0 or newer, I'll be sending it pr.)

New version of moussh now installed in the fetchable area.

New stuff in this version:

	-LL and -RR TCP forwarding options, just like -L and -R except
	for "exit if this forwarding is refused" semantics.

	Bug fix when certain errors occur in a client run that doesn't
	use the tty code.

	Bug fix when executing commands remotely with moussh as server
	- now, stdout and stderr are separated correctly (*blush*, I
	didn't think enough when writing that code).

While not really anything new with this version, I think it exposes a
bug in OpenSSH, though I'm waiting for my message to ietf-ssh to hit
the list and others to look at it before I'm sure enough to file a bug
report on that basis.
