    Now builds and installs ccwrapper as part of the bootstrap process.

X11 (not versioned)
    Add BuildXinerama to site.def, so the generated servers (on
    machines where servers are generated) include xinerama.

compare-20080830
    Bugfix when updating a file for which the new version ends with a
    hole (or block of NULs) but the old version doesn't.  Also add
    another test directory (in .tar.bz2 form) for this condition.

    Typo fix in the manpage.

livebackup-20081001
    - New, more extensible, config file syntax and parser for lbd.
    - Config-file code for bandwidth limits.  Scaffolding is present
	but limits are not actually enforced.
    - Documentation for the previous two items.

    THE NEW lbd CONFIG FILE IS AN INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE.  It's easy to
    convert an old config file into a new config file, even
    mechanically, but it does need to be done.

mcsh-2.0.17
    - New magic variable, ecl_mark_display, which (if set) holds the
	string a mark on the command line (the thing set with set-mark
	and used by commands like kill-region) displays as.  The
	default is zero-length.
    - Bugfix that prevents a mark set on one command line from
	sometimes still being set on the next.
    - printf builtin changed so %c works the way it should rather than
	working like %.1s.  (I'm told there are standards requiring the
	%.1s semantics.  I believe standards that broken should be
	ignored.)

moussh-20080703
    - Typo fix (missing newline) in an interactive-agent message.
    - Table-driven rather than ad-hoc command-line parsing for -kh,
	including adding support for the question-mark convention.
	Corresponding manpage fix.

ppmplot-20081003
    - Text support.  This includes:
	- "bg" command, to set a background colour.
	- Support for loading a font.
	- Support for drawing text.
    - Ability to draw into less than the whole plot (see the manpage
	descriptions of the new scalewin and clipwin commands).  This
	includes some common code factoring-out between the
	implementations of scale and scalewin.
    - Some internal reorg, converting ints to enums.
    - Bugfix in the point command.
    - Better error reporting.
    - Typo fixes in the manpage.
    - Typo fixes in some commenting.
