Another update of the FTP/HTTP-exported data.

X11: (not properly versioned)
- build-with-debug.patch updated slightly to apply without an offset in
   the last hunk.
- server-crashing stack overflow bugfix in miwideline.c.  (This is not
   a stack-buffer overrun such as produces security holes; it's just
   easy to make the server allocate too much stuff on the stack, run
   out of stack, and fall over as a result.)

halign: update to 20080326
- Add -R to buffer in RAM, mostly for cases like single-user hackery.

mcsh: update to 2.0.15
- More-correct handling of tildes when doing filename expansion.
- Fix broken history searching once the history list is full.
- Improved job choice code, mostly for the FG builtin.

moussh: update to 20080527
- Bugfix for keyboard-interactive authentication, which broke when used
   with connection sharing.
- Remove debugging noise message about inability to use keys.
- Improve use of maxpkt values during channel creation.
- Minor typo fixes, mostly in doco (comments and manpage).
- -kh option, to manipulate the known-hosts database (no more need to
   throw text editors at the file and "know" the (undocumented)
   format).
- `xor' utility for developers improved to handle >2 blocks per run.

rotatelog: update to 20071025
- Add -olddir and -bg.
- Remove --repetitive-best from default compression command.
