New in this version:

- Support for standard X11 forwarding, though it currently ignores the
   single-connection flag.  (In the process, I learned just how badly
   broken it is; almost makes me want to pull it back out again, to
   discourage people from trying to use it.)
- Recognize keepalive@openssh.com CHANNEL_REQUESTs.  I've been unable
   to find enough docs to handle them right, but this at least stops it
   from blabbing complaints about them.
- Properly terminate the command lines passed to the agent.
- Put connection-sharing processes into their own sessions, to keep
   them from getting killed by things like the SIGHUPs generated when
   exiting X.
- Typo fix in the badhk prompt message and strings.
- Better granularity, and more verbosity, for -V as relates to the
   agent.
- Some minor touchup (eg, typo fixes) in comments.
- A little bit more migration from #defines to enums.

I was exchanging email with someone on this list, and I mentioned that
the list seemed to me to have turned into an announcement list instead
of the discussion list I had in mind when I created it.  He said he
hadn't realized I intended it as anything other than announcement list.
