I've just put new versions of some things in the FTPable area.  The
affected packages, their new versions, and brief change summaries:

c-publish: 1.5.1
	- Suppress idiotic warnings from <ctype.h> `functions' when
	   passed args of type char.
	- Add a to-do list to the source directory.

compare: 20060103
	- Manpage cleanup, mostly typo fixes.

mcgrep: 20060201
	- Remove the old code supporting SunOS and NeXT mmap()
	   paradigms.
	- Add support for objects which support lseek()/read() but not
	   mmap(), allowing mcgrep to work on raw disks.

moussh: 20060124
	- Fix Makefile bug which caused algs-list.h to be missing its
	   copyright status comment.
	- Improve -add to skip (with a message) keys the agent already
	   has.  XXX may need fixing when constraints go in
	- Make -add with no args try the default filename for each
	   supported algorithm.
	- Style touchup, use & before function names when generating
	   pointers rather than calling them.
	- Permissions fix on two doc files.
	- New versions of some drafts fetched.

nc: 20060125
	- Build with -g by default.
	- Use the correct variables for the local host and port when
	   combining -src with active mode (one fix changes where the
	   local socket is bound to, the other fixes the error message
	   when connect() fails).

	- Typo fix in the manpage.
